Shipping and Returns

Orders and Shipping

We acknowledge and process your order within 1-5 working days of receipt. If the products you ordered are out of stock we will advise you of the lead-time.

UPS

Our products are sent by UPS for next working day delivery in the UK. There is a standard charge for any shipment up to 10Kg weight. For higher weight shipments please contact our sales department for a special quote.

Shipments to customers in Europe are by UPS or another carrier. Delivery to most European cities takes 1-3 days depending on the service selected. Delivery to all other areas may take 1 or 2 days longer. If you would like your order shipped by another service or collected by your carrier then please contact our sales department.

Returning Damaged goods or wrong item

Should we have sent you the wrong product, or if our carefully packaged product arrived at your destination damaged you must inform us within 7 days of receipt.

If you don't require a replacement, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of the date of delivery and we will refund the full amount of the returned items. You must request a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number from us before returning the goods. Please quote the RMA number on the package and on the shipping documents.

Returned products must include the original packaging /carton, all cables, adaptors, power supplies and accessories and any user documentation and manuals.

If the product is faulty please include a brief description of the fault.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations and refunds

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days, beginning the day after the delivery date. If you decide to cancel, please inform us by emailing us at info@pixels.uk.com and then return the goods to us unopened and in their original condition. We will then make a refund. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations for items where the packaging has been opened.

A repackaging and restocking charge may be made for products that have been opened.

If you prefer us to organise the return shipment, we will instruct our courier company to collect. We will notify you with the cost of this service, which will be deducted from the refund.
